The Token Issuer acts as an independent Token Issuer & Ecosystem Partner.

The digital asset is issued and operated on a public blockchain network. The official smart contract deployed on-chain and the project’s Whitepaper shall serve as the primary references governing the token’s issuance, utility, ecosystem, governance, and operational framework.

STE Exchange acts solely as an Exchange Service Provider & Listing Partner.

The listing of any digital asset on STE Exchange does not constitute any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, financial guarantee, equity ownership, management control, or legal affiliation between the Token Issuer and STE Exchange.

The Token Issuer reserves the right to list the digital asset on additional exchanges, trading platforms, wallets, payment ecosystems, and blockchain service providers at its sole discretion.

Both parties operate independently and maintain separate management structures, treasury systems, operational teams, financial records, and legal responsibilities.

Any operational, technical, security, compliance, regulatory, custody, deposit, withdrawal, liquidity, trading, or platform-related matters arising from STE Exchange shall remain the sole responsibility of STE Exchange and shall not create any liability, obligation, or legal responsibility for the Token Issuer.

The Token Issuer does not participate in, manage, control, or assume responsibility for the operations of STE Exchange.
